Top Black Friday and Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals

If you’ve ever wanted to buy a robot vacuum now’s your chance. CNET’s top-rated models are available for sale this Black Friday and Cyber Monday with savings of up to 57%.

The Roborock Q7 Max is a powerful robot that has smart mapping and app-based no-go zones. Its running time of 180 minutes is impressive. It also self-empties and refills its water tank.

    1. iRobot Roomba j7+

The Roomba J7+, iRobot’s most advanced robot to date is the Roomba j7+. Its most notable innovation is its camera-based obstacle-detection technology. This uses AI to recognize objects like charging cords and shoes. It’s also the first to automatically send you a photo of an object it encounters so you can tell it to stay clear of it in the future.

The Combo J7+ is the best robot mop that we have ever tested. It removes dirt and spills effortlessly leaving no trace it was there. It’s simple to control via the iRobot Home app, which allows you to schedule cleaning times and set up Keep Out Zones so that it doesn’t sweep areas you do not want it to. It’s compatible with Alexa or Google Assistant so you can start it and stop it by voice.

The design is also better than the competition. It features a sleek, top piece that looks like a toy rather than an obnoxious and loud robot. Clean Base’s Automatic Dirt removal It also self-empties which will reduce your cleaning time.

In our tests the j7+ performed quick to pick up and remove dust, dirt and pet hair. The counter-rotating rubber brushes held the debris in place, rather than scattering it around the floor. It even could catch small gravel and sand, which most other robots can’t. It did all of this without getting caught in our pet’s hair shed.

The j7+, although not as intelligent as the Roomba S9 for $1,217and Self-Emptying Vacuum Robot from iRobot, and isn’t able to clean the stairs, it’s an excellent choice for those who want both mopping and vacuum. It’s not expensive and the iRobot App makes it simple to use.

vacuum deals is easy to use but we found it less reliable as other robotic cleaner apps. It can take a while to download updates, and sometimes it’s hard to determine whether the update actually functioning until you’ve seen it in action.

    2. Roborock Q5+

If you’re looking for a robotic vacuum cleaner that does more than just clean your floors, a hybrid is the best option. This type of robot typically comes with a built-in tank for water that allows them to mop and vacuum your home at the same time. These bots also come with various additional features like smart mapping, small object avoidance, and the capability to wash and dry mopping pads. The downside is that they tend to be expensive at retail, but during Black Friday and Cyber Monday they usually drop in price.

Roborock produces several of our top robotic vacuums, and the Q5+ doesn’t disappoint. This is their least expensive auto-empty model. While it doesn’t have some of the premium features you’ll find on higher-end models (like no-go zones and multi-story memory) it’s a great option if you’re willing compromise a bit in order to save a few hundred dollars.

The Q5+ is noticeably soft around obstacles like wall legs and table legs which makes it an excellent choice for homes with lots of furniture. It’s also extremely thorough in cleaning dust bunnies. This is an area that many robot vacuums that are less expensive do not excel in. The Q5+’s navigation system is excellent, with few misses along walls and in corners.

Like other Roborock devices, the Q5+ can be controlled with the buttons on the device itself or via the Roborock app. The app allows you to start and stop cleanings. You can also set up schedules, create virtual barriers and no-go zones or modify your home map or re-label rooms.

If you opt for the Q5+ it comes with a new auto-emptying dock that’s designed to make this robot easier to maintain. It requires a screwdriver for install, but once it’s installed, the process of emptying the bin is simple. It also comes with a large LCD display which is great to have when you’re setting up schedules or adjusting settings. This isn’t a necessity for everyone, but it’s one that can aid in keeping the track of the maintenance intervals for your robot easily.

    3. Narwal Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot vacuum and mop that’s impressively intelligent in its vacuuming and mopping capabilities. Its design and function are among the most advanced available however, it’s also expensive.

It’s a tiny base station that looks great and is able to be concealed when not in use. But the station’s main selling factor is its ability to automate numerous tasks and functions that other robots leave to you. It can store clean and dirty water, electrolyzes and heats the water (which the majority of other robots require you to do) also emptying the dustbin after vacuuming, and helps keep your robot fully charged and clean.

Its vacuuming performance is quite impressive as well. It’s the only robovac that I’ve tested that does well at picking up the dust from floors with no. It’s also not as loud as the expensive Roomba 900 series or iRobot 980.

The Freo X Ultra is not without faults, particularly when it comes navigation. Its laser sensors and LiDAR sensors aren’t as reliable as other robotvacs. This means it is prone to getting stuck or confused in certain corners or rooms in the home. It also can’t climb stairs like other models and isn’t equipped with a dock to create a cleaning zone for plush carpets.

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a great choice for those who need an automated vacuum that can do everything.

However, if you’re looking to save some cash, or just don’t care about the limitations of this robot, there are plenty of other great choices available which include a variety of eufy models for considerably less. The eufy Qrevo curv, for example is a bit more expensive and has more features, such as the ability to climb stairs and a full-function Dock, that provides a better overall vacuuming experience on floors that are unfinished carpets with low pile and even high-pile ones.

    4. eufy RoboVac G30

eufy, an Anker company is a long-standing leader of making robot vacuums that strike the right balance between features, performance and price. The G30 Hybrid is no different and offers a powerful cleaning on hard floors and carpets and mopping function too at a price that is affordable. It’s easy to set it up, just attach one of the side brushes and turn it on, then connect your charging dock. The app walks you through the steps needed to connect it to your Wi-Fi and then the G30 is ready to go. The dock must be placed near an outlet with plenty of space to move.

The G30 is small, 2.85 inches tall to be exact It can be tucked away under couches and other furniture with a low clearance. Its design is more subtle when compared to rival models. It has a sleek black finish and three buttons that are physical for Auto Cleaning start/pause (which scrubs an area in a spiral pattern over two minutes) Recharge, and Spot Cleaner. It is also possible to connect the G30 with Amazon Alexa or Google Home for voice commands to perform unscheduled cleaning.

The primary aspect that makes the G30 above the rest is the method it cleans. It uses a built-in map to create an image of immovable objects it encounters and then keeps track of what it has already cleaned and the areas it’s not able to access. When it’s time to recharge, it will automatically return to its base, and then resumes cleaning from where it began.

The sleek G30 isn’t without its faults however. The iRobot Roomba is better built and has lower cost of operation. It charges faster, offers similar battery life and performs better on bare floors or low-pile carpet. It also has a bigger dust bin that doesn’t need to be emptied as frequently and comes with the boundaries that ensure it isn’t in certain areas. The G30 is less expensive and easier to maintain. Its smaller dust container doesn’t require as frequent emptying and it has less trouble with bulky materials such as cereal.
